The Services are hosted in the United States and intended for users located within the United States. If you access Ponyo AI from outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Generated videos may be stored indefinitely unless you delete them or request deletion.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected such data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it.
